Greenwich is minutes from our East London base through the Blackwall Tunnel, so SE10 sits comfortably inside our regular coverage. Based in East London. Covering all of Greater London.
Few postcodes mix housing ages as sharply as this one. On the peninsula, Greenwich Millennium Village and the newer riverside blocks are all post-2000 apartments, now generating the fault-finding work that follows any large new-build stock into middle age. In West Greenwich and around the town centre, Georgian and Victorian houses in conservation streets need a different electrician entirely: one who can rewire without wrecking original plaster and joinery.
Peninsula and riverside apartments
Millennium Village and the blocks around North Greenwich are old enough that developer-spec components are failing. Tripping RCDs, dead LED drivers and extractor fans wired without isolators are the regular calls. We diagnose properly, fix once, and deal with concierge access as standard.
Period houses in West Greenwich
The Georgian and early Victorian houses near the park and the town centre deserve careful work. We plan cable routes to protect original fabric, use surface runs or existing voids where chasing would do damage, and keep making-good to a minimum by thinking before we cut.
Conversions and rental flats
Many SE10 period houses were split into flats long ago, and the rental market is busy. We provide landlord EICRs, separate muddled shared circuits, and bring old conversion wiring up to a standard that passes inspection honestly.
Lighting for homes worth lighting well
Greenwich owners often invest in their interiors, and lighting is where that shows. We design and install layered lighting, dimmable circuits and garden power that suits both a period terrace and a riverside apartment.
